A new live work unit comprising approximately 450m2 of ground floor factory / storage space, mezzanine offices and a first floor four bedroom flat.

Utilising the piled foundations of a previously abandoned scheme, 16A Architecture have successfully gained planning for a new live work unit overlooking Lyme bay.
