Stages of Work: Planning to Handover
16A Architecture were approached to progress an alteration and extension scheme, designed and achieved planning by Louise Crossman Architects, through the technical and construction phases.
The original scheme was modelled in 3D using Autodesk Revit and with some minor revisions and negotiation with Exeter City Planning, 16A Architecture successfully managed to secure planning for the scheme as a replacement dwelling.
16A Architecture worked closely with the clients, other design team members, contractors and suppliers throughout all stages of the project.
