The brief was to provide a reverse level dwelling with a classical façade and to maximise the views to the Exe Estuary from the rear. 16A Architecture worked closely with the clients throughout the design stages to achieve this truly bespoke home.

 

The property features five ground floor bedrooms with a large opening plan first floor living area. Extensive glazing to the rear leads onto a large sheltered first floor terrace. The property is predominantly of face brick in Flemish bond with Portland stone detailing and pigmento standing seam zinc roof.
